Phillies news:
- Lots of news and notes surrounding the team ($), including some about Matt Strahm and his weird finger injury.
- Some Phillies hitters have ordered the “torpedo” bats; some are just find not using them at all ($).
MLB news:

- Garrett Crochet is staying with the Red Sox for a while, agreeing to a reported six year extension with Boston.
- Remember when Jurickson Profar got really good last year, kind of out of nowhere? His recent suspension for PED usage kind of makes you wonder, doesn’t it?
- Baltimore suffering a tough break, literally, already with Colton Cowser going down for the next two months.
- Rob Manfred is retiring soon. Have the game’s owners already put someone in place to be the heir apparent?
