No Skenes? No problem!
Kind of bummed out that the game was rained out yesterday. It was the Phillies putting their (mostly) Opening Day lineup out on the field against Paul Skenes and the Pirates. I would argue that Skenes is the second or third best pitcher in the game right now, behind Zack Wheeler and maybe Tarik Skubal, so even the chance at seeing him, even if only a few innings, was pretty enticing. Alas, it was not to be and we’re left to see if his rotation spot comes up when the teams play in the regular season.
