With that money, Lurie could renovate Lincoln Financial Field or build a new domed stadium, allowing Philadelphia to host future Super Bowls.
During Super Bowl opening night, Lurie said this when asked about the Eagles potentially having a dome stadium.
Jeffrey Lurie on whether he will put a dome on the Linc/new stadium when they do renovate
Says Philly deserves to hold the biggest sporting events in the world (Super Bowls, etc)
My opinion on his answer: He’ll build a dome #Eagles pic.twitter.com/eC3NJ27VZx

Lurie has made clear his desire to host large events such as Superbowls, March Madness, Wrestlemania, concerts in the winter months, and more. A new location with a dome in the Xfinity Live area could make his dream come true.
According to Crossing Broad, the Eagles have eight years remaining on their current lease at Lincoln Financial Field.
That should be more than enough time for a resolution or a new home.
