The latest news on Philadelphia and Los Angeles.
The Philadelphia Eagles issued their first official injury report on Wednesday in advance of their Divisional Round playoff game against the Los Angeles Rams.
The team is practicing at Lincoln Financial Field instead of the NovaCare Complex again this week.
The Eagles listed five players under DID NOT PARTICIPATE: A.J. Brown, Saquon Barkley, Jordan Mailata, Cam Jurgens, and Josh Sweat.
Brown is once again listed with a “knee/rest” designation. He confirmed that his absence was planned and he said he’ll return to practice on Thursday.
Barkley, Mailata, Jurgens, and Sweat were listed with “rest” designations. They’ll be ready to play on Sunday.
In case you missed it, Nakobe Dean isn’t listed here because the Eagles already put him on injured reserve.
The Eagles listed two players under FULL PARTICIPATION: Kenny Pickett and Byron Young.
Pickett was limited in practice all of last week due to his ribs injury. Despite this, he was active as the No. 2 quarterback in the Wild Card round. Good to see him upgraded to full participation.
The Eagles opened Young’s 21-day practice window to return from injured reserve last week. He was a full participant in practice all week before being ruled out of the Wild Card game. The Eagles don’t seem to be in a rush to activate Young, who has a healthy scratch all season before going on IR.
Four Eagles players are notably not listed on the injury report at all: Jalen Hurts, DeVonta Smith, Darius Slay, and Trevor Keegan.
Hurts had been listed on the injury report with a broken finger on his non-throwing hand ever since leading up to Week 15. Now he’s off the report.
Smith was added to the injury report late last week with a “back/rest” designation. He was able to play against the Green Bay Packers, though, and he’ll be able to play against the Rams.
Slay missed some snaps in the Packers game due to an elbow injury. He was able to finish the game and now he’s not listed on the injury report at all.
Keegan missed practice all of last week due to illness. He’s back practicing now, which is good. But the rookie still figures to be a healthy scratch on Sunday.
Non-injury news: Nicholas Morrow is wearing No. 43 in his return to Philly.
He previously wore No. 41 last year.

LOS ANGELES RAMS INJURY REPORT (WEDNESDAY)
The Rams did not actually practice on Wednesday after playing on Monday night. Their injury report is an estimation.
Three players were listed under DID NOT PARTICIPATE: starting left tackle Alaric Jackson, starting nose tackle Bobby Brown, and starting cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon.
Jackson is listed with a chest injury. He played 100% of the Rams’ snaps on Monday night, so, his inclusion here was unexpected. Obviously something to monitor this week.
Brown apparently got banged up on Monday night. The Rams’ run defense could be even worse if he isn’t able to play.
Witherspoon left the game early on Monday night. He ranks tied for the team lead in passes defensed this season. If he can’t play, the Rams could turn to Cobie Durant … who was recently benched.
One player was limited under LIMITED PARTICIPATION: starting tight end Tyler Higbee.
Despite being hospitalized with a chest injury on Monday night, Higbee is expected to play against the Eagles.
