The Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles played an instant classic Super Bowl on Feb. 12, 2023. Four stars from that matchup spent the next 12 months atop the league’s list of merchandise movers.
The NFL Players Association recently revealed the players whose likeness sold the most products from March 2023 to February 2024. Jalen Hurts garnered the top spot ahead of former Eagles center Jason Kelce.
Kelce’s brother, Travis, ranks No. 4 behind his superstar quarterback, Patrick Mahomes.
Although Jason Kelce led all offensive linemen during the 2022 season, he skyrocketed 33 spots up this leaderboard. Travis moved up from No. 11. Did anything happen after their Super Bowl meeting to make the Kelce brothers more popular?
Hurts jumped from No. 5 to 1, a spot Tom Brady held after his final season. Meanwhile, the NFLPA said Mahomes has finished six straight seasons inside the top five.
Those weren’t the only teammates to make the top 10 together. Christian McCaffrey and Brock Purdy represent the San Francisco 49ers at fifth and eighth.
A move to the New York Jets pushed Aaron Rodgers to sixth, and Joe Burrow spent another season in the top 10 at No. 7. Micah Parsons (the only defensive player in the top 15) and Justin Jefferson round out the top 10.
After Hurts and Jason Kelce, star wide receivers DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown also represent the Eagles at 17th and 21st, respectively. Kansas City running back Isiah Pacheco made the list at 41st.
