The Eagles are Super Bowl champions, which makes them the best team in the conference and the Beast of the NFC East.
Just hours after winning Super Bowl 59, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott provided some more bulletin board material when asked about how close his team is to being able to compete for a Super Bowl and compete with Philadelphia for supremacy.
“I feel like we compete with the Eagles. We beat them, for the most part, when we played them,” Prescott said Tuesday (h/t The Athletic’s Jon Machota.) “I don’t want to say, ‘Check the record,’ when the other guy’s holding a trophy right now. So credit to them, they’ve earned it, and they deserve it, by all means.”

Prescott is 9-4 against the Eagles, and Prescott’s career record as a starter is 76 wins and 46 losses, with an impressive 33 wins and eight losses against the NFC East.
Still, Prescott ($60M) is the highest paid quarterback in the NFL, but has never advance to the NFC Championship game or the Super Bowl in his career.
