Saturday’s slate of Final Four matchups features four of the most historically-successful programs in college basketball history. As a result, the available seats at New Orleans’ Caesars Superdome are a hot-ticket item.
On Friday, just one day before North Carolina takes on Duke for the first time in NCAA Tournament history, InsideCarolina posted a photo of the view from the back of the Tar Heel fan section.
The cheapest seats in this section are selling for $1,500 on StubHub.
Though these seats are on the first level of the Superdome, they’re a significant distance away from the court placed in the center of the football stadium.

In preparation for this weekend’s slate of games, the Superdome staff added 16,000 temporary seats around the court — piling onto the already massive capacity of more than 70,000 at the New Orleans stadium. With all this seating and distance from the court, there’s bound to be some less-than-desirable viewing spots.
No. 1 seed Kansas and No. 2 seed Villanova will face off in the first matchup at 6:09 p.m. ET, followed by No. 2 seed Duke and No. 8 seed North Carolina at 8:49 p.m. ET.
