On Friday, rumors surfaced and suggested that Michigan transfer Hunter Dickinson was visiting with the Villanova Wildcats.
But, according to Michigan sports insider Jeff Ermann, Dickinson says there’s no truth to that rumor.
There’s still a chance he visits Villanova at some point. But as of right now, his scheduled visits are with Georgetown (Saturday), Maryland (Sunday) and Kansas (next Thursday).
No truth to rumors that Hunter Dickinson is visiting Villanova today, he told me.
Wouldn’t be shocked if he visits there at some point, but as of right now it’s still just Georgetown on Saturday, Maryland on Sunday and Kansas next Thurs.

When Dickinson entered the 2023 transfer portal earlier this year, he became the top-ranked transfer prospect in the nation. As such, the former Big Ten Freshman of the Year has garnered interest from big-time programs across the country.
Dickinson, an Alexandria, Virginia native, could stay close to home with either Georgetown or Maryland. Bill Self and the Kansas Jayhawks are also in the running for the top-ranked 7-footer.
Dickinson opened up about false rumors earlier this week.
“It’s just so funny how people make something up and then I got people sending it to me asking if this is true or not,” he said Wednesday on the Barstool Roundball Podcast. “I mean, I guess that’s kind of good because that means I’m doing it right by kind of keeping everything low-key, but the only reason why I said where I’m going to visit is because people are going to know I’m going there eventually.”
