
Only Scottie and Kittles are ahead of Big E
Villanova fifth-year senior Eric Dixon finds himself in third place on the Villanova Men’s All-Time Scoring List with 2,184 points after tallying 34 points in the Wildcats’ 80-70 victory over Butler on Saturday.
As Dixon moved past Keith Herron (2,170) only Scottie Reynolds (2,222) and Kerry Kittles (2,243) remain between him and the all-time scoring title on the men’s side. Maddie Siegrist ended her Villanova career in 2023 with 2,896 points.
Dixon is averaging 23.6 points this season on 46.7% shooting from the field including knocking down 88 of 204 shots from behind the arc (43.1%). In his 156 career games in a Wildcat uniform. The Willow Grove native is averaging 14.01 points a game, which includes a total of 64 points in his Freshman campaign in 2020-21.
With a final regular season game at Georgetown on Tuesday and at least one BIG EAST Conference Tournament game at Madison Square Garden, Dixon is on the verge of history. 38 more points will tie Big E with Reynolds, and 59 points separate him from Kerry Kittles.
