PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Adam Njie, a three-star guard out of Cardinal Hayes (NY.), is targeting a late-January commitment, he told ZAGSBLOG at the Battle at Rutgers on Friday.
He was previously committed to Washington State, but decommited in August due to conference realignment.
Njie said Ole Miss, Georgia Tech, Miami and Temple are coming after him the hardest right now.
He plans to visit Ole Miss in January. He’s cousins with Rebel guard Jaylen Murray, who’s averaging 15.3 points per game this season.
“I’m planning on taking a visit to Ole Miss really soon, sometime in January,” Njie said. “Coach [Chris] Beard is a legendary coach and he knows what it takes.”
Njie is not ruling out any options just yet.
“I’m open to all and still weighing my decision,” he said. “I should be committed before the end of January, though.”
