Michigan, Penn State Clearly Don’t Trust Their Quarterbacks Today

We’ve got ourselves an old school Big Ten offensive struggle in Happy Valley.

As the fourth quarter continues between Michigan and Penn State, both programs quarterbacks have combined to throw the ball just 20 times. With the Wolverines running the ball 17 consecutive times at one point.
