The Philadelphia 76ers and guard Jeff Dowtin have agreed to a two-way contract. Dowtin joined Philadelphia on a two-way contract before signing a standard deal in in early-April. The Sixers then declined a team option for the point guard, before renouncing his free agent rights for cap space.
Dowtin appeared 12 regular season games for Philadelphia and 21 G League games with the Sixers affiliate the Delaware Blue Coats. With Delaware, Dowtin averaged 18.2 points, 2.7 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.1 steals.
In seven Summer League games between Salt Lake City and Las Vegas, Dowtin averaged 17.1 points, 3.1 rebounds and 5.7 assists.
